We collect email and order data to deliver files and support. Payments are processed by Payhip via PayPal; we never see or store card data. For data deletion requests, contact: hello@pdbear.com.

What each page records

  • Home page (English and Chinese): anonymous page views, which tool you click, and the site that sent you. No cookies, no ads, no third-party analytics, no IP addresses. To stop spam, a code that changes daily is kept for about 2 minutes, then deleted.
  • Etsy profit, Square refund cost, OPT days: everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or saved, unless you turn on the OPT date reminder below.
  • OPT date reminders (optional, pdbear.com/opt-days/): if you use this feature, after you consent we store: your email, the date you entered, timezone, reminder timing (1 or 7 days before), UI language, consent time and policy version, and confirmation/delivery status (including necessary delivery error info). Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days. After unsubscribe or delete, we follow: Unsubscribed rows are kept for 30 days, then the email field is set to NULL; deleted rows and related jobs/tokens are physically removed after 30 days. We use this only to send confirmation and reminder emails, sent through Resend, and never sell or share it. To stop spam, each signup is counted under a one-way code made from your connection; the code changes every hour and is deleted within about 2 hours. No IP addresses are stored. You can unsubscribe or request deletion via links in the email, or write to hello@pdbear.com. This reminder is not legal or immigration advice.
  • AppGripes Weekly ($9/month newsletter, pdbear.com/appgripes/weekly/): you pay through Payhip; we never see your card details. Payhip sends us your email and subscription id by webhook so we can start and cancel service. We keep: your email, subscription id, the App and country you bind, bad-review ids, star ratings and dates, fetch logs, and login sessions. We do not keep review bodies or titles. Email is sent through Resend. Login uses Cloudflare Turnstile against bots and a one-time code instead of a password. Bad-review data comes from Apple’s public review feeds; the daily public fetch runs on GitHub Actions (no personal data is sent there). After you cancel and your paid period ends, within one month we delete your email, binding, sessions, and login codes. Abuse-prevention logs keep only an encrypted digest of the email, not the email itself.
  • Drug shortage lookup: the medicine name you type goes straight from your browser to FDA’s public service (api.fda.gov). pdbear does not see or save it.
  • Family Hospital Checklist (pdbear.com/checklist/): page views, downloads, reminder sign-ups, starter-pack clicks and the referring site. No IP addresses (same daily anti-spam code). If you ask for a reminder, we keep your email only to send that one email, and never sell or share it. Delete it anytime with “Delete my email” on that page or by writing to hello@pdbear.com.
  • In your browser only: your language choice, and the site that sent you for this visit, are kept in this site’s storage in your browser (no cookies). Your language choice is also added to links to our other pdbear sites.

  • 首页（中英文）：只匿名记录打开次数、点了哪个工具、从哪个网站过来。不用 cookie，没有广告，不用第三方统计，不存 IP。防刷编号每天更换，保留约 2 分钟后删除。
  • Etsy 利润、Square 退款成本、OPT 失业天数：所有计算都在你的浏览器里完成，你输入的内容不会被发送或保存。只有你主动开启下面的 OPT 日期提醒时例外。
  • OPT 日期提醒（可选，pdbear.com/opt-days/）：若你使用该功能，我们会在你勾选同意后保存：邮箱、你填写的日期、时区、提醒时机（提前 1 或 7 天）、界面语言、同意时间与政策版本，以及确认与发送状态（含必要的发送失败信息）。未确认的订阅在 7 天后删除。退订或删除后，我们按下列保留策略处理：退订记录保留 30 天，其后将邮箱字段置空；删除记录及相关任务与令牌在 30 天后物理删除。我们用这些信息只用于发送确认信与提醒信，邮件通过 Resend 发出，不卖，不给别人。为防刷，订阅时只记录一个由网络连接单向生成的防刷编号，每小时更换，约 2 小时内删除，不存 IP。你可通过邮件内链接退订或请求删除，也可以写信到 hello@pdbear.com。本提醒不是法律或移民建议。
  • AppGripes Weekly（$9/月周报，pdbear.com/appgripes/weekly/）：订阅通过 Payhip 付款，我们看不到你的银行卡信息。Payhip 会通过 webhook 把你的邮箱和订阅编号告诉我们，用来开通和取消订阅。我们保存：你的邮箱、订阅编号、你绑定的 App 和国家、差评的编号、星级和日期、抓取记录，以及登录会话。我们不保存评论正文和标题。邮件通过 Resend 发送。登录时用 Cloudflare Turnstile 防机器人，用一次性验证码代替密码。差评数据来自苹果公开的评论列表；公开评论的日常抓取在 GitHub Actions 上运行（不会把个人数据送到那里）。取消订阅并且已付费期结束后，一个月内我们会删除你的邮箱、绑定、会话和验证码记录。防滥用记录只留邮箱的加密摘要，不留邮箱本身。
  • 药品短缺查询：你输入的药名会从你的浏览器直接发到 FDA 的公共服务（api.fda.gov），pdbear 看不到，也不会保存。
  • 家庭住院清单（pdbear.com/checklist/）：打开、下载、留邮箱、点入门包的次数，以及从哪个网站过来。不存 IP（同样用每天更换的防刷编号）。留邮箱只用来发那一封提醒，不卖，不给别人；随时可以在该页“删除我的邮箱”删除，或写信到 hello@pdbear.com。
  • 只存在你的浏览器里：你选的语言，以及这次从哪个网站过来，保存在你浏览器里本站的存储中（不用 cookie）。跳到 pdbear 的其他网站时，链接会带上你选的语言。
